Air Assist for Sculpfun S9.
This air assist will compress the pump air flow through a hole of 3mm. This airflow will be driven with the laser beam to improve the cutting quality and remove the burning effect.
It keeps also the original design of air flow used to cool the laser.
Needed materials:
- O-Ring 16mm outer diameter, 11mm inner diameter and 2.5mm width. ( https://amz.run/5CFM )
- Silicone Tubing 4mm inner diameter and 6mm outer diameter ( https://amz.run/5CFO )

Pring is done in PETG because working temperature.
**Before installing :**- Use a 3mm drill to ensure that airflow exit has the correct size
- Put the O-ring in place
- Push gently the tube
- Unscrew the 4 screws
- Remove the original plastic ring and the metal cover beneath it
- Put the Air Assist in place.
- Screw the new Air Assist.
IMPORTANT
Before using it, test the laser with the lowest power possible (0.01% on Lightburn) to check that nothing is obstructing the laser
