This is a remix I did for a downspout water diffuser that fits the downspouts on my house that measure 4.25x2.875in. I am sure that is not the standard size and since I had a hard time finding this size I just modified the size based on the Freecad file Cal so generously provided. I have included that modified Freecad file so that you can change it based on whatever downspout you have. It was a pretty easy file to modify and the workflow was pretty simple to understand.
