Blobchute remix for mercury one with enclosure with some creature comforts unique to my build.
I made this remix with a few goals:
Fit the enclosure, the original was shooting the blobs outside
Integrate a silicone brush to clean the nozzle into the bucket ( I used 2 panda brushes 14mm x 5.6mm from BTT)
Get closer to the bed (My tool-head doesn't go that far back because of my end-stop)
I replaced the tray with an aluminum blade I had around 16.5mm wide 2mm thick to prevent the blob from sticking to it
I widened the poop shoot and curved it to the right
Built a trash can with support to collect the blobs inside the enclosure
I will attach the step files because the blade and brushes are so unique to my build that you'd probably want to adjust them to your needs. Please excuse my clumsiness, I am a beginner in Fusion.
