The original JTech laser mount for the Shapeoko3 is convenient but reduces the X-axis and can wiggle on direction changes. This model allows the laser to mount in the router clamp and is more rigid. The trade-off is not having a magnetic release in case the laser housing collides with something.

4x - M3x20 screws
Instructions:
- Unscrew the 40x40 fan from the laser housing, the fan will remain in the same position
- Using the longer 20mm screws, attach the printed mount to the fan and laser housing
- When mounting to the Shapeoko3, put the laser cables through first then the laser mount
