This remix of @Lite's waterfall faucet extension is designed to work without any screws or nuts. You just need a regular zip-tie if you want a permanent solution. Or if you want a temporary solution that you can take on/off on demand, you can do what we did and 3D print a zip-tie in TPU (there are several zip-tie models available on printables).
