Antlers:

There are 2 versions of the antlers:

  • v1 is supposed to be printed flat horizontally, it fits on a 225mm bed

    • print with 3 perimeters and 15% infill

  • v2 is smooth on both sides and is supposed to be printed vertically (223mm)

    • print with 0% infill and 2 or 3 perimeters

    • Don't forget to add brim because the base is quite small

    • Slow down to about 60-80mm/s because going faster produces a lot of ringing near the top

Note: The antlers are NOT symmetrical, print the second one mirrored

Headband:

There are 2 version of the headband as well, both with teeth for better stability. One is 8mm wider for bigger heads

Attachment:

For attaching the antlers print 2x screws for the band (led or regular) and 2 corresponding screws for the antlers, don't forget to mirror the second one :)

Test the fit and if it fits nicely, attach the screw to the antler with super-glue and the headband screw by just sliding it on.

If it doesn't fit, increase the XY compensation in the slicer, I made the screws with 0 tolerance for a tight fit.

I suggest printing both parts of the screw in PETG for better durability.

Led version:

There is a version of screw that fits a 3w led on an aluminium substrate (like this one: https://www.electrokit.com/en/led-3w-varmvit-3000k-pa-kort).

Slide the leds in and glue them slightly. Wires can be routed on the back of your head and into the hood for example (that's how I did it). LEDs heat up while working, so this version should definitely be printed from PETG or similar
