This egg was designed for one purpose — to let light shine through a gradient.

Three perimeter walls are thin enough to diffuse a tea light flame while keeping the layer lines visible, creating a stained-glass effect that shifts color from base to tip. The 50mm opening at the bottom fits standard tea lights and most flameless LED candles. No stand required — just set it on a flat surface over a light.

The gradient is yours to design. Visit gradientchef.com, drop in the included 3MF for your slicer, build your recipe, and generate.

The hero shots use Filamentium HG100 in Teal and Red. The metallic sheen on HG100 amplifies the gradient through the shell dramatically — any translucent or silk PLA will produce a similar effect, but translucent filaments like HG100 are worth trying if you have them.

What's Included:

  • Tea Light Egg Dome — 50mm base opening, sets over a standard tea light

  • Votive and Vase variants coming soon

Three 3MF versions are included — one each for PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer, and Bambu Studio. Download the one that matches your slicer of choice before printing or uploading to Gradient Chef to customize.
