This is a REMIX of @MelBlaster_903261's Barrel Mod. This REMIX moves the barrel closer to the bolt and adds a tighter squeeze to the dart. There is an added collet to the front of the barrel holder as well to secure the barrel better and allow for easier maintenance (the orange muzzle is already hard enough to take off lol).
To maximize efficiency, replacing the foam ring on the bolt for an O-Ring is the best idea for MAXIMUM performance. I personally used the O-ring included with the X-Shot Longshot Plunger Tube Replacement from Out Of Darts. I peeled the old foam ring off and attached the new O-Ring with superglue and held it into place for a few minutes while adding glue as well.
I've been getting good 100s-140s with this updated mod, O-Ring replacement, 1.8x120mm spring, Dead space filler by @CJMartin_1108971, and a 4mm Spacer. I would highly recommend this mod for anyone who wants a fun little project! I will provide FPS numbers bellow.
