All Axis Endstop cover for Tevo Tornado

For quite some time, I was bothered by the mechanical stress on the Y-axis endstop, which took a beating every time the bed made contact. After a fruitless search on Thingiverse—where models either didn't fit or had misaligned holes—I decided to take matters into my own hands.

I opened 3D Builder for the very first time and took a crash course in modeling. I designed this model to fit the specific dimensions of the Tevo Tornado and to add clearance for SMD components.

The result is a functional endstop cover that does more than just protect the electronics. Thanks to an internal partition, it provides solid mechanical support for both the sensor and the connector. Plus, it’s designed to be universal—fitting both left- and right-handed switch variants, making it suitable for all three axes.

It might not be a high-design masterpiece, but when the holes in the model finally lined up perfectly with the screw holes on the printer, the feeling was priceless. My first step into custom modeling is complete, and I hope others find this cover useful too!
