‘bak - 1:14 4WD RC Basher

Introduction

This is ’bak, a 1:14 scale redesign based on the 1:10 scale Robak and RUDE 3D-printable RC cars.

Why “’bak”?
The original design was scaled down to approximately 71%. Applying a similar transformation to the name Robak results in something like "ↄbak".
Since I have no clue how to pronounce that I switched to ‘bak.

2026-10-07 - Update 1

• Updated diff cases to V2:

  • Removed a microfeature that was left over from development.

• Updated top deck to V2:

  • Added a cutout on the battery side to make it easier to insert taller packs.

  • Removed a hole in the front that was left over from development.

• Updated chassis to V2:

  • Widened the cutout for the spur gear.

• Added optional front hub carriers and rear hubs with -2° camber.

• Added a video of a potential upcoming 1:12 scale version to demonstrate the durability of the design shared by both versions.
