Experimental angled driver headphone design based around the Peerless Tymphony 50mm driver.

Deep bass and wider sounstage, a slightly more speaker-like experience. They are definitely not reference-sounding, they work better with some tracks and styles of music than others, but it's worth giving it some time to settle into the sound.
It's also worth noting that they are also more affected by the position on the head and an individual's ear shape than normal headphones, due to them firing at the outer ear rather than straight towards the ear canal, so they may work well for some people and not others.

I have modelled my own yokes to fit these cups and the capra headband.

This project is part of my ongoing experimentation. I have tried to document what I have learnt here https://www.head-fi.org/threads/diy-3d-printed-headphone-journey.979090/

BOM:
Drivers - Peerless 50mm
Pads -     Brainwavz XL Hybrid
Cable Connectors - PJ392 3.5mm
Screws - M3 FHCS 6 and 10mm
Threaded Inserts - M3 Heat Set
Adhesive - Double-sided tape

Instructions:
- Print from the .step files if your slicer supports them, they are higher quality than .stl
- Earpads - The pad ring part fits inside the ear pads at the back to tension their mounting ring. The ear pads are then mounted to the ear cups using double-sided tape or other adhesive
- Driver Grill - For V3, place this in before inserting the driver behind it.
- Wiring - I would recommend soldering up the driver to the connector before inserting them into the body.
- EQ - reacts well to a few db of lift around 1-2k and a few db reduction with a low shelf filter below 1khz which brings it closer to the grell OAE-1
