Cross Cabinet
Compact storage cabinet designed for desks or shelves to organize small items. Can be used upright with drawers installed or laid flat with drawers removed for open access.
Drawers include retention lips to prevent them from sliding out unintentionally, while still allowing easy removal when needed.
The door uses 5mm x 3mm magnets for a positive close (optional but recommended). Ensure correct polarity during installation so the magnets attract properly.
Designed for 1" metal hinges (24.5mm x 10mm), commonly available at hardware stores (e.g., Home Depot). I just used CA to glue them in, which seems it will be sufficient, but may tap and add screws later.
I designed a printable hinge as will. It printed well, but i have not used yet. STL's are included incase you want to try it.
The finger slots in the drawers are larger in the STL's then in the pictures. They were a little small as was, so i adjusted before posting here.

I printed with PLA
I wanted the outside of the door to be smoother, so i printed with the cross up. I did add some supports under the hinge slots for the door, but don't know that it was necessary.
Everything else printed with no supports.
