The Headamame project is great and some of the remixes (like the triply periodic minimal surface lattice) are fantastic additions. But threading machine screws into printed plastic parts is silly, so I remodeled the cone center headband mount and added pockets for nuts. There are four M4 nuts for the driver mount machine screws and one 6-32 (?) nut for the pivot bumper which are easy to find at your local hardware store. @thunderkeys already uploaded an M3 threaded insert remix of the clamps if you want to replace those 2 mm self tapping screws as well.
