This remixes the original models with 3 Goals in Mind:
Modular length of the rod (rod lengh modular in spool rotations)
Quieter when the rod is fully extended (print the end part in a flex filament)
Permit to rewind the spool, even when the rod is fully retracted, but use a spring to keep it normally operational. Use a spring from a pen to make it readily available.

1x BottomEnd (FLEX for a more quiet operation, otherwise PLA)

Additionally you will need
Two 3x10mm screws and nuts as described in the Wall mount model
A counterweight as described in the Auto-Rewind Spool Holder model
The spring of a pen (mine is 21 mm long)
