I modelled this based on measurements from the original and made some improvements on the way.
Outer diameter is 110mm, inner one 50mm. Screw holes are 100mm apart. Make sure it fits your exhaust, there are many different sizes out there.
I recommend printing it from something temperature stable like PC or ASA.
