If you own the underground downspout kits from waterproof.com, you know how easily they break. Usually the little "ears" on the center posts break, then you mutilate the cap in your mower.
I designed these replacement parts based on the original designs, but added a little bit of bracing for weak parts, as well as adding ramps to make them easier to print.
I couldn't decide which version of the center post I liked better, so I included both. I've only printed V1 thus far so can't comment on the print-ability of V2. V1 printed well with support bracing only between the main ring and the small ears.
The Cap is super easy to print, though to fit in the CoreONE requires customizing your build plate G-code. Follow this post on the forums for instructions: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/postid/767990/
Recommended Center Post print settings:
.25mm layer height
15% cubic infill
7 perimeters (the extra perimeters help tie the "ears" to the main body more securely)
Any decent filament should suffice (I used PLA+) as it is normally protected from sun
Recommended Cap print settings:
.25mm layer height
100% rectilinear infill
4 perimeters
UV resistant Filament (such as ASA)
