This is a replacement handle for a 500-amp battery disconnect switch. These switches are fairly generic, so this handle should fit most common models.
The handle mounts using an M4 flat head screw (approximately 20 mm long).
Compared to the original handle, this design provides a much tighter fit with no wobble.
Printing Instructions (Logo):
To print the two-color WARN logo without a multi-material printer:
Import all parts into your slicer at the same time so they align correctly.
Add a second build plate, and place the parts on both plates.
Remove the colored parts so that:
One plate has only the white portions
The other plate has only the red portions
Print the white portion first.
Swap your filament to red.
Print the red portion on top of the white lettering.
This method allows you to get a clean two-color result with a standard printer.
