I have since he was a kitten had Omlet cages for my bengal cat. After 4 years the sun has made the omlet cage clips brittle. Many have broken.
I have made this STL to replace them. Pictures show a print in ASA so tough and good UV resistance properties.
The clips have purposely been beefed up for strength, so locking them requries a mechancial aid, i.e plyers. Once locked the joint is solid and ASA should outlast the originals.
