Round Model:
I reused some of the base parts to make a headless round model and to shrink it down some more. I use the scale with Gaggimate via Bluetooth so the display is not needed. BeanConqueror also works with it.
Parts needed:
m4 x 10mm hex socket countersunk head (4pcs)
The rubber feet from the white scale can be reused on this model

I had a lot of fun building this. The LCD will not work well unless it has perfect alignment/mating with the PCB so case screws have to be tight.
Base modifications:
-Added slide in battery doors
-Removed some material on the left of PCB to allow wires to pass through on that side
-Modified the PCB mount to clear solder joints on the right side
-Raised the button switch mounting borders for stability
-Added TPU Feet
Top modifications:
-Chamfer around the LCD
-Small channel for adding sealing tape around the LCD
-Made the buttons taller and tighter on switch pins for stability
