The hinges on this bin seem to fail over time by snapping at the base of the part that screws to the lid. These are replacement hinges that should be stronger, they work for the middle hinge which doesn't have a damper and the two edge hinges which have a small damper that slots in the end.
The hinges are quite simple to disassemble and re-assemble.
This has been tested in ABS, 50% grid fill (probably a little excessive) and due to the awkward geometry printing requires supports. Min 3 perimeters recommended and solid fill a small section where the cylinder comes out of the main part, as a metal rod runs through this section. Layer line orientation shouldn't matter too much for the cylinder, focus more on the hinge arm.
Example Prusa Slicer project is included with all the above setup already.
Also provided is the FreeCAD model for this part if you wish to make changes, some allowances for ABS shrinkage around the apertures has been included.
