Easy print
…with or without an AMS.
AMS auto swaps the colour to print the name and logo.
Without an AMS just do a manual change at layer 31 (above 6mm) and change to green for the excel logo and name.
To get the excel log to look the best you need to either print it all at 0.1mm layer height, or add a height range modifier to change the layer height to 0.1mm from 6mm and up as below. Included 3mf for bambu studio includes this.
Customise the name
Double-click the name in the slicer to add your own name. Example shown in Bambu studio, but any slicer should do:
I recommend Arial rounded for easy printing, and adjust the size to fit your name. 5 Capitals fits nicely at size 16.
Magnetic (no damage)
Attached using 4 6x3 round magnets. Just place the nametag on the front and slip the tagback on the other side of the shirt.
Make sure when you're adding the magnets to get the polarity correct. If you have the negative side showing on the nametag, make sure the positive is showing on the tagback.
Bonus desk nameplate
Added bonus that it sits up nicely and can be used as a mini desk nameplate :-)
