Update: Added a MEDIUM size which should sit tighter than the large but not give you a headache.
After using my Arctis Nova 5 for barely over a year the outer frame snapped when I was taking it off normally. Quite disappointing.
Since the rest of it was working fine I decided to print a new one. It is a bit bulkier than the original but I don't mind.
Comfort
The comfort of this replacement depends highly on the material used and the size of your head!
ABS is probably ideal but I can not print that.
The TPU I have is way too floppy.
Therefore I printed it in PETG, which is significantly stiffer and quite uncomfortable in the original size unless your head is quite tiny (maybe alright for children). That is why I made a larger, extended version which I use and would recommend if you use PETG.
Printing
Print this on the side. Supports should not be necessary, the cable channel might not print perfectly but will be covered by the rubber strap.
If you lose one of the original screws (which I believe are M1.6 or M1.8x5) you can also use readily available M2x5 countersunk screws as a replacement.
