Working on a totally different project, I needed measurments for a 21700 battery and terminals... had an extra charge controller board (cause buying just one makes no since) so I went ahead and made a charger.
But this one takes some parts to put together.
You need:
Spring Terminals (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BXNGYQXS)
TP4056 USBC Charging Module (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PKND8KG)
4x M2 bolts (I used M2x16, but shorter will work fine)
Wire... (I used 20awg solid wire, but any small gauge will do)
Assembly:
1) Solder the OUT wires coming out the top side of the TP4056 board, they should be extending straight out away from the USBC port towards the back. (Optional, only if you want out wires, this is not needed if you just want to charge batteries)
2) Put the Spring Terminals in the Charger Top.
3) Solder the Bat wires to the Spring Terminals as they stick out the bottom.
4) Solder the Bat wires into the bottom side of the TP4056 board.
5) Use the M2 bolts to attach the Charger Bottom to the Charger Top.

TIP: if the M2 bolt holes don't come out great, run a 1/16" drill bit through them
UPDATE: Added a version to charge 2 at once. Assembly is generally the same... you can figure it out, I believe in you...
There is no room for OUT wires on the multi charger (just didnt want them) and I added extra space under the TP4056 board for a copper plate and cooling pad. This is because charging 2 batteries at once takes longer, and the heat generated is greater due to the increased duration.
