IKEA SKURUP Clamp Mount

I tried to clip the lamp onto a shelf that was juuuuuuust too big (5cm) for the clip to not slide off. Found this nice looking clamp model, and decided to use it as a base for a new mounting solution.

DISCLAIMER: You will need to cut off the plug from the original lamp and rewire it. If you're not comfortable with doing so, please do not attempt to modify your lamp, as it may become a shock and/or fire hazard. I am not responsible for any damage to health, safety and property that may occur, during the process of modification and use of modified mains-voltage equipment.

NOTE: This model is for the clip version of the lamp. I would assume that the base version uses the same neck, as the clip version, but I am not sure how easy or hard it is to disassemble the lamp. Attempt at your own discretion.

Select a version you'd like to use. Since the original clap can clamp onto surfaces up to around 4cm (like the KALLAX bookshelves or LAGKAPEN tops) I have only provided versions 60 and up. If for whatever reason, you want a smaller version of the clamp, I am also provided Fusion No Longer 360 design file for you to edit.

You will also need print a screw and swivel head from the original model for your version of the clamp.
