A simple, modular system for adding rounded edges to your woodworking projects. This kit includes a base, swappable templates, and a wall mount for storage (up to 16 templates).

Features

  • Swappable Templates: Includes files for 5 mm to 80 mm (in 5 mm increments).

  • Fully parametric: Includes Fusion 360 parametric files for making custom radii templates. It automatically updates the embossed number on the template whenever you change the radius dimension.

  • Clamp Compatible: The base features slots designed for Makita track saw clamps, though I think it should be compatible with most standard track saw clamps from other brands.

  • Custom Shapes: Use the .f3d or . step file to create unique geometric shapes beyond the standard set.

  • Storage: Includes a simple wall mount to keep your base and templates organized.

Technical Notes

  • Adjustable Fit: If the templates are too tight or too loose for your printer's tolerances, simply open the .f3d file and adjust the "clearance" parameter.

Files Included

  • STEP files: Pre-made templates (5–80 mm). Base plate and wall mount.

  • F3D file: Fully parametric source file for custom sizes and fits.

  • STL files: If anyone who doesn't know how to use Fusion 360 needs .stl file for any custom radius just DM me and I will make them for you.

How to Use

  1. Slide the radius template into the base.

  2. Align the base against the corner of the wood.

  3. Secure with clamps (or use double-sided tape).

  4. Use a flush-trim router bit to follow the template for a perfect radius.
