The MOOD Frame for 21700 cell custom battery packs is designed to maximize flexibility, safety, and ease of use for the battery building process.
Features:
Modular building-block design accommodates any desired configuration from 3s upwards
Channels and splines for fully protected balance wiring
0.8mm insulated cell spacing
Compression-fit cell pockets and splines add rigidity and reduce stress on battery welds
Channels have windows into each cell for easy temperature sensor mounting and wiring
Rounded corners on the wiring channel exit points
Channels have chamfered edges to allow for easy balance tab soldering iron access during construction
Integrated optional BMS mount
Multiple endcap variations for extra clearance or spline channels/BMS mount
