Explorer Style Guitar Body V5 1:1 Full Scale

Explorer Style Guitar Body - 1:1 Scale, Must Drill Holes after printing. 7 top layers 70% infill ( To ensure strength under load ), Epoxy and clamps for any gluing needed. Glue parts on a level surface.

Body - Most of the shaping was done free hand and to be honest it was pretty easy to achieve, I was able to trace a body, Import the trace into Fusion then scale it 1:1 for accuracy, Most other measurements came from Floyd rose, Seymour Duncan, Allparts, And some old Ibanez blueprints I found. Took some liberties on the bridge pocket as I've routed a few before, Should be free of interference and have plenty of travel for divebombs.

Neck - Has a 90s style Ibanez neck neck pocket ( Cheap/Readily Available, within plus or minus 2mm ) 

Hardware - Hardware and trim like pickup rings are all modeled for US size hardware ( Gibson/fender instead of Yamaha etc )

Bridge - Floyd rose Original pocket.

Battery Box( allparts used as reference )  - In the side of the guitar there is a cutout for a single 9v batter box, Allowing you to run an active bridge pickup. Due to this change the Knob positions had to be readjusted but I think they look okay. You could remove this and reorient in CAD if needed.

I will include the STL and also the Step files once I get a chance in case changes are needed.

*** I have verified everything is to scale and all my measurements are correct but mistakes can still happen with this many hours into a project. If you run into an issue please PM me and I will fix the model and update accordingly.***

*** There are no screw holes in this model, I prefer to do that after with a drill press, That said, Measurements do exist and they can be added if you so choose. ***
