Shield Planks - Lion Crest

Free swappable plank set for the Modular Shield Housing Kit. Five PETG planks with a multi-colour lion crest emblem. For the little ones who think they're king of the jungle and aren't entirely wrong.

Requires the Modular Shield Housing Kit to assemble.

• Left-hand and right-hand orientations included

• .3MF and .STL (Shield - Orientated) with parts in recommended print orientation. Split to individual parts in your slicer

Print Settings

We recommend PETG for durability.

Planks: 5 perimeters, 5 top/bottom layers, 20% gyroid. Print on their side. Brim recommended. Supports everywhere, with a support exclusion zone on the strap section (bridges easily without supports).

Lion crest (multi-extruder): Multi-colour - black, orange, yellow, brown. Emblem is effectively solid at 1.8mm height. Wipe tower enabled. Reduce purge volumes for same-material swaps. Uses a 0.4mm clearance offset on the lion head for clean colour separation.

Assembly

Friction-fit planks into the housing kit casing. Super glue the lion crest emblem on. Sand mating surfaces with 120 grit before gluing.
