Print standing on a 45deg angle with tree supports about 3mm above the bed
PLA is great 2 walls or more
Will need a little LTC to ensure a free fit between the 2 parts. Then insert 115m of filament in to the hole to lock both parts together. It will take some gentle pushing, spinning and patience.
No more slipping off and making a huge mess or rotating the vacuum port closed!
