I upgraded my Masterbuilt XT with the Fireboard 2 Pro. The unit worked wonderfully but didn't have a clean way to mount it. I designed this to fix that.I haven't tested to determine if heat is going to be an issue. Since I keep my smoker covered when not in use, I'm not worried about UV. If you are, I suggest PC-CF, ASA, or another high-heat, UV-resistant filament. M4 bolts were used into M4 threaded inserts. The hole pattern lines up with the mounting plate the original control unit connected to.

It's worth noting that I bought the Fireboard and the Fireboard-XT cable from bbqhq. That replaced the connection from the control unit to the fan. It's possible to make one of these cables, but I didn't want to bother since bbqhq threw the cable in for free when I bought the Fireboard.

2.5mm zip ties are used inside the enclosure to secure the Fireboard to the enclosure.

When printing, I used a .25 structural profile with tree supports on the build plate. I painted support exclusion on the 6 rear holes and on the holes used for the zip ties.
