I've printed the one from the Picture in PLA at 100% Infill. The opening should be oriented down. No supports needed. The .3mf file contains the correct orientation and Prusa CORE One settings I was using.
How to use:
Push the brush into the opening and the neck down into the circular hole. It's a tight fit but it'll loosen up over time.
