Angled bottle holder designed for pet cages with horizontal bars.
Made for Classic Crystal De-Luxe Large and Mini bottles and designed with a 16.3mm (~1/2 inch) pitch cage in mind. Fully parametric and can be easily adjusted for other sizes of bottles and cages.
Required parts:
M4 nut, ISO 4032 / DIN 934
M4x20 hexagon head bolt, ISO 4017 / DIN 933
Dab of superglue.
Print settings:
Material: PETG or ABS recommended for strength.
Orientation: Print parts as oriented in the files, no supports required.
Settings: Use at least 4 walls and 5 top/bottom surfaces for strength. 0.2mm or lower layer height recommended depending on part cooling.
Assembly and installation:
Glue the bolt into the thumbscrew head and the nut into the holder.
Slot the holder into the cage bars.
Secure the holder in place using the thumbscrew (Optional: Use the bar clamp washer to limit rotation.)
Additional information:
The bottle holder can be adjusted for a perfect fit using the included .f3z file.

Bottle major diameter
Bottle cap diameter
