Saw this pop up on aliexpress a while ago and then looked for a model to print myself instead of buying a 3D printed part, but they all cost money. So I just quickly made my own instead.
For 28.6 / 1 1/8" stems, the base is printed on its side with the angled part on the part tray at the top (orca slicer auto-orients it this way for me), and the steerer tube part is printed standing up. Attach the steerer tube part with an M5 x 16-20mm bolt and a nut. Then strap it to your bike with a velcro strap, zip tie etc.
