This variant is intended to be printed in TPU. It wraps around the straightener and doesn't scratch the blue metal.

I love Stefan's pieces of hardware and when I saw the knobs for the straighteners, I had to give them a try. But when they came out of the bed they were either a tiny bit loose or clipped so hard onto the metal that I feared it might scratch away the nice blue finish. Stefan disclaimed that a bit of scaling might be needed but, a new idea came to mind.
Remembering how he himself worked around a very similar problem a while back with a head bumper, a similar concept came to mind.
Like this model, my remix transforms the 3 fins into a wrapping sleeve and it's designed to be printed in TPU. It has a protruding line that forces the grip against the aluminium but, being a soft material, it doesn't scratch. And as a security measure, there's a hole above the label that prevents a vacuum inside causing a violent detachment (I'm talking from experience).
The models themselves are modeled as a single continuous slice so I recommend turning on the Avoid crossing perimeters function as well as the Sequential printing. They will all fit in pretty much any bed out there.
And naturally, as an extra bonus, I made them a Gridfinity bin. I decided to make them in two 2x2 bins rather than a single larger one so they share the form factor of the straightener bin and even be stored underneath.
As always, the STEP files are included so you can play around with them or tweak them to your needs.
