I created this simple case for standard OTBR (ESP32) devices.
The lid stays in place because it’s slightly larger than the inner dimensions, creating a light press fit.
The OTBR itself is also held in place by a slight pressure against the enclosure, keeping it securely seated.
Print settings:
Material: PLA
Nozzle: 0.40 mm
Layer height: 0.20 mm
Since the rubber feet on OTBR devices are not always positioned consistently, there are no exact cutouts on the bottom. However, the openings should be large enough to fit most variants.
