Remixed E3D mount with a CRTouch mount by Dbarbs. Aligned the mounting holes and added tapers/reinforcements to allow for printing without support.
Follows all the same instructions as the E3D mount just with the option to include a CRTouch.
The offsets I ended up with when mounting to my ender3 pro was X-40 Y-12 but you should measure for yourself to be sure.
