Summary
I did not like the slope and surface quality of existing funnel designs, so I set out to create my own. The goal was to minimize the need for supports while delivering a smooth, clean finish.
Example Print Settings
Material: Polymaker Pancharoma PLA
Nozzle: 0.4mm @ 220°C
Bed: PEI @ 62°C
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Max Volumetric Speed/Flow: 12mm³/s
Infill: None (walls are too thin and will print solid automatically)
Brim: In and Out, 10mm
Supports: Tree/Organic, handle area only
Note: The included G-Code file uses Prusa PLA defaults and does not reflect my exact print settings. While the two are very similar, my actual settings were fine-tuned through extensive calibration specific to my MK3.5S.
