Here are the relevant links for the mod. I cut the original charging ports wires and soldered both the positives to positive and both the negatives to negative on the USB C board. You will need around a 330ohm resistor to solder onto the original connectors white sense wire which will also need to be connected to negative so the laptop knows how many watts to draw (I think).
The second time I ordered those exact USB C PD boards they were longer for some reason. The board lives upsidedown in the printed housing and relies on the board being 2.6mm thick referring to the images I have linked.
Also make sure supports are enable for small overhangs.
