This is a concave screw-in arcade button built with strength in mind. Line up the notch on the button with the peg in the base and push it in. Once in place it should be very loose on the up and down axis. That peg prevents it from spinning, and the tiny bumps on the sides line up with the holes on the button preventing it from falling out. It uses small and affordable momentary lever switches that have a very satisfying click to them. Just turn the button upside down and snap the lever switch in place.

The hole for these buttons needs to be 27.8 mm for a perfect fit as shown in the photos, or in the range of 27.8 mm - 30 mm.

This button is also customizable! You can add letters, symbols or whatever else you want to the button, or change the dimensions to your liking. You can find the Fusion 360 source file in the Model Files section titled “Arcade Button - Fusion 360 Source File.f3d”.

Please share your remix if you make any custom buttons.

Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Overhang angle: 70 deg

The STL files are already in the proper orientation for printing. This requires supports and preferably a raft to ensure stability, just make sure the overhang angle is set so that support is not added to the screw threads on the base and nut. I used a 70 degree overhang angle for mine.
