We have this soap dispenser in office and after the collar broke in two pieces and gluing it together did not really work well, I have made this for replacement.
The thread for the soap bottle is not 100% fit as it is not metric. I have used same thread as is used for standard PET bottles which works, but the fit might be too snug.
Other thread is standard metric, so it should fit without issues.
Use 100% infill and as low layer level as possible (~0.15 mm), print without support.
