This 100mm ventilation system for a 24 mm double-glazed window requires 5 mm EVA foam to create sealing rings between the window glass and the pipe on both the inside and outside. You will also need a strip of EVA foam to seal the exterior vent cover.
In addition, you will need approximately 1 metre of latex tubing to seal the connectors. The tubing should have an outside diameter of 5 mm and an inside diameter of 3 mm, for example:

The exterior grille of this ventilation system fits beneath a window-mounted insect screen, which also helps protect the ventilation system.
During winter, the opening can be insulated using a 54 mm-thick cylinder made of XPS foam.
Printed in PETG with a 0.6 mm nozzle, four perimeters, including the top and bottom surfaces, single layer on top surfaces, 40% gyroid infill, and automatic supports enabled.
For Core One ventilation, use a Vents/Dalap/Pure Factory Fan TT 100/or similar inline fan rated at 187 m³/h at least, with the printer’s chamber fans set to 60% to achieve a negative pressure of 5–7 Pa during printing. The ventilation grille should be half open. This setup was tested using Sensirion SDP810 differential pressure sensor to verify negative pressure during printing. Proper sealing of the hose and connectors is essential. Proper sealing of printer box is not required in this case, negative pressure will solve it by design.
