I created this add on Servo Door Opener for my Reflow Oven I built using the ControLeo2 controller.
Print in a high temp filament as it will get somewhat hot while reflowing. I used ePC. The only object that needs supports is the Body piece where the servo recess is.
The gear is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2049935 , you may need to scale it to get it to print correctly for you. I had to print it at 110% for mine.
I've included templates for marking the holes for mounting and the opener arm along with the original Fusion 360 design file.
You will need 6 #2X10 screws, 1 #0X5 screww (for pin) and 2 #3X12 bolts with washers and nuts for assembly.
I also added a front face panel for the BlackandDecker oven I used and buttons for the ControLeo2 control panel.
