I have printed and used other puck screen removers, but I ended up wanting something just a little bit better. There are times when the puck screen will just stick to the puck and refuse to come out, so I made a new design that takes nine magnets. In my testing, it has been able to pull the screen from the puck easily, every time.
I was inspired by the shape of this one, so I based my new design on that shape, using Shapr3d. My design takes nine 8x3mm magnets, does not have any added text embedded in it, and I also added a textured grip to the handle.
There is a built-in pause in the print profile, so you can easily insert the magnets.
There are two .3mf print profiles; one for Bambu Studio and one for Prusa Slicer. There is also an STL file if you want to import to any other slicer.
