This model is intended to help fix tarpaulins to wooden frames with countersunk screws. This application supported rainwater harvesting in an allotment garden.
I've found PETG to be reasonably stable in low-stress outdoor environments, such as this one in a garden.
This was printed with the large diameter on the print surface, no support or brim, with a couple of permiters and about 20% infil. I used a 0.6 nozzel with a generic grey PETG.
Screw squarely to avoid beaking the rim
but otherwise, this is stable for screwing and retaining the tarp.
