The original design works very well, but there were some tolerance issues with my figurines. I made a few different sizes to compensate for this.

I have also included my Fusion model. There is a parameter for "thickness" - if you need another size, just change this.
BEWARE - your layer height (and first layer height) will affect the efficacy of this. Use a variable layer height or make sure your layer height is a multiple of the thickness.
THE INCLUDED 3MF HAS LAYER HEIGHT MODIFIERS TO ENSURE THE CORRECT THICKNESS OF CRITICAL DIMENSION.
For example, if I am printing the 0.5mm version, a 0.10mm layer height with 0.20mm first layer would be okay
0.20mm + (0.10mm*3) = 0.50 mm
If it were the 0.6mm version, a 0.20mm layer height with 0.20mm first layer.
0.20mm + (0.20mm*2) = 0.60 mm
If you use the Fusion model to make a 0.65mm version, you will need to adjust the layer height values OR use variable height.
0.20mm + (0.15mm*3) = 0.65 mm
