This is a watch strap mod (For the Casio original 16 mm strap) that adds a micro screwdriver and a 1/4" hex wrench to a micro SD card holder.
The micro screwdriver intended for this holder is from the Roxxon M3 scissors linked Here. I assume a leatherman micro bit driver also fits in this slot. The hex micro screwdriver hole is inteded for a 1.6 mm hex bit like that of the micro screwdriver.
The 3mf. file is for the 19 mm version that is 19 mm long and has a thicker wrench. the step file for the 17 mm version is available.
Please note that both models are made for a 16 mm x 2 mm strap.
Depending on your printer and your filament the screwdriver hex and micro SD card slot might be too tight. to losesn the screwdriver and tf slot reduce stringing by drying your filament and cleaning your nozzle, and use the apporpriate slicer.
For context I used prusa slicer and orca slicer. prusa slicer on my mini made the tolorences to tight. Orca slicer made the micro sd card slot fit just right.
Orca slicer and my P2S had the optimal results off the print bed.
Follow these steps to fit the screwdriver:
Insert the tip of the bit in the slot (make sure to orientate the flat head perpendicular to the front face of the holder.
Heat the bit for 8-10 seconds.
Hammer the bit in.
Repeat steps 2-3 until the bit takes one hit to move between side to side.
