UPDATE There is a no tolerance .stl version that is sized exactly to the sticks. Select this model if you have a newer printer with very tight tolerances. The slot heights are reduced by 0.027".
This model was created for a friend to better display their shot glass collection in their China cabinet.
The shelf consists of the 3D printed side wall and 12" Ruler Stick paint stirrers you can buy at Home Depot.
If you use the full 12" length, I suggest printing 3 side walls and having one positioned in the center. The benefit of this design is that you can cut the sticks to shorter lengths so the shelf can be as wide as you need it to be.
The top shelf is a little more narrow for the 4" tall shot glasses and the bottom shelf is a bit wider for oversized glasses. This was designed based on a cabinet that is 12" tall and 9.75" deep. The shelf is only 7.85" deep since you can place glasses in front of it. If you have a more shallow space, this shelf may still fit your needs.
I recommend printing this in PETG since it will hold up better than PLA and will be less likely to crack or warp over time due to temperature and stress.
