Printed with TPU-95A, 6 perimeters, 0.2mm structural. It's a tight fit but that's kind of the point.
Have we ever seen any bugs crawl out of the overflow drain? No.
Do we still plug it with wet paper towels during the summer months? Of course!
Is it rational? No. Do we keep asking ourselves silly questions? Sure!
Basically, we wanted something better than wet paper towels to plug that drain hole. Couldn't find a properly sealed cover for this oddly shaped overflow drain, with the X crossbars in it, so we modeled one.
Odds are this will never be used by anyone else, but just in case somebody, somewhere has the same drain type and same incessant need to plug it (for rational or less rational reasons) there ya go! It's our first model, go easy on us :)
