This is a replacement for the rubber part on the OEM GameCube controller C sticks.
Its an ungrade over the original, much better texture and purchace on your thumb without being uncomfortable like hard plastic ones.
print settings:
100% infill
no supports
0.16mm layer height
TPU required (90A or softer reccomended)
Installation:
Peel / tear off the old rubber, you will find a mushroom shaped lip underneath. With some effort you can simply slip the new stick cap over that.
Feel Free to use super glue to permanently fix in place if desired.
The Story:
I build controllers sometimes for my friends. One time i watched someone pay $10 for an OEM Gamecube controller thumbstick to replace their worn out one. That kind of crap upsets me a little, its like a $0.10 plastic piece. Now everyone can just rip the Rubber of their C-Stick and pop this thing on. As a bonus its also way better too.
