After breaking a handle of a drawer in the freezer, I printed a part that goes inside to reinforce the handle and a part that goes on the outside to hide the damage. I drilled through on the backside and put a bolt/nut to make sure the handle doesn't move. Used a smooth plate for nice finish. The length is the maximum of what I could print on my 256x256 bed diagonally with both parts.
Used PETG, but I don't see a particular need for it.
